Arriving in Lugano - road information

StraLugano, in line with the ECO concept, advises against arriving in Lugano by car. The Swiss Runners Ticket is included for all participants of timed races (Run4Charity and FAMIGROS Run&Win excluded). More information: Free transport Swiss Runners Ticket.

For those who choose to travel by car, there are the following parking spaces (Park&Ride) served by the Line Buses to the Centre. The Swiss Runners Ticket must also be redeemed for these short distances.

From the parking area P+R Fornaci to reach the centre, TPL bus line 1 P+R Fornaci (attention due to road closures it will only go as far as the Lac roundabout, Riva Antoni Caccia 1, 300 metres from the centre).
Special shuttles to LAC/Riva Caccia 1 at 8.30, 8.45 and 9.00 on Sunday morning.
